Mr. Todd Powell was recommended to me by one of my friends who went to law school with him years ago. He was a terrific find! I was involved in resolving estate issues that had lingered on for over 15 years and was desperate for a lawyer who could negotiate with the opposing lawyers and bring various estate issues to a quick resolution to the satisfaction of both parties. He accomplished this goal in a bit over a year with grace and professionalism compared to what others had failed to do over many years! Mr. Powell also represented me in a case against a municipality where they wanted to tear down a building my family owned. The case was taken to court and he came extremely well prepared and executed a stellar defense. Mr. Powell is very organized, has an extremely good memory and thinks very logically and strategically. Todd is a professional, honest attorney. He is down to earth and easy to visit with. He is a no nonsense individual that means what he says and says what he means. He is a family man and just an all around good person. Todd is completely opposite than our opposing counsel!

I was in a 17 year long family trust issue that needed to be resolved. Todd and Trina hit it out of the park. Not only did they win my case but they were with me every step of the way. Simply excellent. He was able to combine 7 lawsuits into 1, avoided a trial and tore them up in mediation. The professionalism whether it be words, actions or simply attire far and above exceeded the opposing attorneys. The judge noticed it, the mediator noticed it and I noticed it. I highly recommend Mr. Powell.

John is a great attorney. He is so much more when he represents his clients. He becomes an advocate. I often refer people looking for an attorney to John. He started representing my father in the 1970’s and has represented my three brothers and sister since then.

Mr. Powell spent years at the university as the legal counsel. He represented us on a plethora of issues from one end of the spectrum to the other.
